Our cashmere has been designed with love and made to last for years to come. Cashmere is the ultimate investment piece, that is why it is so important to look after it correctly. With the right care and attention, your pieces will provide you with endless wear.

All cashmere, no matter how good the quality, is prone to pilling. On a clean surface, lay flat your NOVO cashmere. Use a pilling comb to gently remove the unwanted bobbles.

Fill your sink or a clean bucket with lukewarm water. Then select a gentle washing detergent, i.e baby shampoo or add this to the lukewarm water making sure it is mixed thoroughly.

It is important to always remember to turn your cashmere inside out before submerging it into the water. Leave your cashmere for 5-10 minutes. Then remove and rinse under cool water until it is detergent free.

Gently squeeze any excess water out of your Cashmere or lay flat on a clean towel and gently press. You must do this with a lot of love and care as wringing your cashmere will almost certainly cause it to lose its silhouette so we don’t advise it.

05.

Finally, lay your cashmere flat on a clean towel and allow it to air dry. Never hang or tumble dry, as this will distort it.
